Here you will find the booking and payment conditions for Ullis & Rudolf.

Bookings & Payments

A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule your tour free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. Cancellations made later or no-shows are non-refundable.

Cancelled tour

We may cancel a tour due to weather or safety concerns. In such a case, a new date or full refund will be offered.

Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing correct contact details, arriving on time, and following the instructions of the guide at all times.

All tours take place at your own risk. You are responsible for your own safety and for having appropriate insurance.
